Soccer Aid 2008 - ITV1 18:00
Two years ago, a galaxy of sporting and entertainment stars took to the pitch at Old Trafford in Manchester to play in a charity football match. By the time the dust had settled, a staggering £2.6million had been raised for Unicef. Now organisers Robbie Williams and Jonathan Wilkes have set up another game. The action sees an England squad (boasting the likes of Craig David, Hugo Speer, Alan Shearer and Teddy Sheringham) taking on a Rest of the World side, featuring Gethin Jones, Brian Lara, Gordon Ramsay, Jaap Stam, Franco Baresi, Peter Schmeichel and Romario. Ant and Dec are your hosts
Charley Boorman: Ireland to Sydney By Any Means - BBC2 20:00

Joanna Lumley: In the Land of the Northern Lights - BBC1 21:00
If they were asked to describe their ideal holiday, most people would probably mention blue skies, endless beaches and very hot weather. Not Joanna Lumley though. She was born in India and raised in tropical Malaysia, so warm climes don’t seem particularly exotic to her. Instead, she spent most of her childhood longing for ice and snow - in fact, she was so in love with images of the frozen north, she once insisted on attending a fancy dress party in Norwegian national costume. Now the BBC is making the actress’s childhood dreams come true by following her as she heads across the Arctic circle in the hopes of catching a glimpse of the Northern Lights

Back to You - Channel 4 00:15
There were more than a few raised eyebrows when Fox decided to pull Back To You from its line-up in May. To date, the show has not been picked up by another network and it was recently announced that Kelsey Grammer had signed up to play the lead in ABC’s new comedy Roman’s Empire. Tonight’s episode is what the entire series has been building up to, as Gracie finally discovers that Chuck is her father. As she comes to terms with the shocking revelation, Chuck and Kelly reminisce about the night that she was conceived. Patricia Heaton and Lily Jackson also star
